I took this photograph of my daughter for Woods Homes' annual appeal for foster parents because all the commercial images I found looked posed. Megan practiced for days looking like a homeless child and I think she succeeded! The caption I wrote for the pamphlet was: 'You know what home means to you ...Imagine what it could mean to her.'
